When can I place an order for cookies, pastries and confections?

Inventory restock for the online bakery goes live every Saturday at 1pm PST and will be open for orders until sold out.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped two to three days from order date and are shipped out priority mail unless overnight shipping is selected.

An email with tracking information will be sent to you if your email was provided at checkout.

You can also select local delivery at checkout if you live in an eligible zip code.

Do you ship worldwide?

Our CFO Permit restricts direct sales to only California, so unfortunately we cannot ship worldwide at this time.

Cookies are 3.5oz, Pastry bars are 3x3 inches and Toffee is 3x3 inches.

What is the difference between Poppy’s Cookie Club and standard orders?

Poppy’s Cookie Club is 8 gourmet cookies of the bakers choice. Each season the flavors are updated and you’ll also receive exclusive Poppy’s Confections swag.

Are your products Gluten/Nut free?

At this time we do not offer gluten free options. Some cookies and pastries contain milk and egg.

Items with nuts are disclosed in the description of product.
